How To Prepare

  • Thaw your Moulard Duck in the refrigerator overnight (8-12 hours) before cooking. To speed up the thawing process, place the Duck in a leak-proof plastic bag and submerge it in cold water.

  • Pan-sear in butter. It will heat quickly! Flip the morsels after the butter caramelizes on one side, then flip. Repeat on the other side.

  • Moulard Duck must reach an internal temperature of 160° F for safe enjoyment.

  • Note: Consuming raw or undercooked duck may increase your risk of foodborne illness.
