We ship orders Monday through Thursday overnight via UPS and fulfill same-day for orders placed before 3:00 pm ET. Orders placed after 3:00 pm ET on Thursdays are shipped the following Monday. We recommend ordering a day or two early to avoid any timing-related stress due to carrier delays. Additionally, during checkout, you can use our order schedule feature to choose your desired delivery date if you’re planning ahead.

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns. If there is an issue with your order once you’ve received it, please contact us within 12 hours of delivery and we will access your order for a potential refund, or help you file a claim with Route – our shipping protection provider. No, all invoices with pricing are sent via email only. Inside the box you will receive a packing slip with your order number and item lists.

Rewards points do not expire. Once you redeem them the amount will be deducted from your account, but there is no use-by date.

Yes – all meat and seafood products we sell will ship with dry ice and arrive frozen.
We recommend thawing your Market House products in the refrigerator for 24 hours before cooking for the best possible quality, taste, and experience. If you’re in a hurry, remove your product from the original packaging, place it in a sealable plastic bag, and run it under cold water – never hot water – to speed up the process.
Meat should be consumed within 5-7 days after being thawed, but we recommend eating meat within three days for the best quality, taste and experience.
After cooking, meat should be consumed within 3-4 days for safe consumption.

The average weight differs for L, XL and XXL Legs. Since each order is based on weight, the number of legs per pound will vary. We try our best to fill all orders with mostly legs and claws and limit the number of broken pieces. Large King Crab Legs: One leg can weigh between 1 ¼ - 2 ¼ lbs. Extra Large King Crab Legs: One leg can weigh between ¾ - 1 lbs. Extra, Extra Large King Crab Legs: One leg can weigh between ½ - ¾ lbs.
All of the fish we sell is bone out.
Due to the nature of the product (and lucky for you!) – a single king crab leg rarely weighs just 1-2lb. To provide the best possible feasting experience, king crab leg orders start at 3lb so that you get more than just one leg.

Grass-fed beef comes from cattle that primarily graze on grass and forage throughout their lives. Our grass-fed beef is also grass-finished, meaning these animals never receive grain, animal by-products, antibiotics, or added hormones. We offer free overnight shipping on all orders $150+. If your order doesn’t reach this threshold, your shipping cost will vary based on your order total.
All orders are shipped via UPS Next Day Air. We ship all orders placed before 3:00 EST the same day. Any order placed on Thursday after 3:00 EST will ship the following Monday.

All of our meat and seafood products are shipped from St. Louis Park, MN where our fulfillment facility is located.
We currently ship products almost anywhere within the United States. Due to the nature of our perishable products, we do not ship internationally.
In the event that your package is stolen once it’s been delivered, Market House. does not assume responsibility for the package. If Route Shipping Protection was purchased when the order was placed, you may be eligible for a reshipment or a refund with proper documentation. Otherwise, we are unfortunately unable to provide a reshipment or a refund.
Unless your order is flagged, we do not require signature upon delivery. If a signature is required for delivery, you will be notified before your order is fulfilled.
Orders that do not make it on time for a party are not eligible for a refund, so please order early. We recommend leaving a few days of buffer for shipping carrier errors and thaw time. We ship all orders via UPS Next Day Air, with delivery services ending around 10:00 PM in some areas, so scheduling a same-day delivery is not advised.
