Unpacking Your Order
Please be mindful when unpacking your selections – each box is packed with dry ice to keep your order safely frozen for up to 36 hours after shipment.

HANDLE DRY ICE WITH CARE
Always wear protective gloves (or use a towel) if you move the dry ice from its packaging. To dispose of the dry ice, place it outside, and it will evaporate within 24 hours. Keep out of reach of pets and children.

Thawing & Preparation
Once you’re ready to prepare your meat, take it out of the freezer and defrost it in the refrigerator. When it’s time to start cooking, be sure your selection reaches the applicable internal temperature.

INTERNAL TEMPS
Use a food thermometer to check that cooked food reaches a safe minimum temperature. All recommended temperatures are Fahrenheit.

Saving it for later?
Keep products frozen by placing them straight into your freezer. We recommend writing today’s date on the butcher wrap, though, as you’ll want to thaw and enjoy it within 2-3 months for the best taste and texture.

Safe handling guidelines
Remember to keep raw meat and poultry separate from each other and other foods. Wash working surfaces, utensils and hands after touching raw meats. Once cooked, eat! Don’t allow cooked meats to stay at room temperature for too long. Refrigerate leftovers immediately.

Please recycle!
Our packaging is non-toxic and as eco-friendly as we could find. It’s made from recycled material and we encourage you to recycle or reuse it as well.
