USDA Choice Whole Beef Brisket
There’s enough in this cut to feed an offensive line. (Coming in sizes of 9-12 or 13-16 lbs.) Smoke it at the tailgate, or get ahead of kickoff by smoking overnight–as expertly shown by Chef Michael here on Everyday BBQ.
Burgers
You can't go wrong with this classic. Take your burgers up a notch with grass-fed and grass-finished ground beef for superior flavor.
Bacon Crackers
All you need for this Southern staple is buttery crackers, sliced bacon, and brown sugar. Top your crackers with 1/3 of a slice of bacon, sprinkle with brown sugar, and bake in a preheated oven at 250°F for one hour or until browned and crisp and you'll have the perfect appetizer for your tailgate.
Jalapeño Poppers
Just four simple ingredients for an insanely delicious and tailgating favorite! Grab jalapeños, cream cheese, ground beef, and bacon, and head to the kitchen. Brown ½ a pound of ground beef and mix it in a bowl with 12oz of cream cheese once cooked. Cut your jalapeños in half, remove the seeds, and fill with the ground beef and cream cheese mixture. And, for the final touch, wrap each popper with one slice of thick-cut bacon. Place the poppers on a baking sheet and bake for 30 minutes at 400° if the tailgate is at home. Or, place the poppers on the indirect-heat side of your grill for 25-30 minutes for the parking lot party!
Sauces and Seasonings
From the perfect hot sauce to must-have spice rubs and burger seasonings, make sure you've got what you need to enhance the flavor of whatever dish you decide to serve.
Hopefully, you’ve found some inspiration for your next tailgate. Whatever your plans and whatever ends up on your grill, we hope you and your team have a great season!
