4 lamb chops cut from Frenched Rack of Lamb 

2 cloves of garlic, minced

2 tablespoons of olive oil

1 teaspoon of dried rosemary

Salt and black pepper to taste

  2. Cut your frenched rack of lamb into lamb chops. 
  3. In a small bowl, mix together the minced garlic, olive oil, dried rosemary, salt, and black pepper.
  4. Rub the mixture onto both sides of the lamb chops, ensuring they are well coated.
  5. Place the lamb chops on the preheated grill and cook for about 4-5 minutes per side for medium-rare doneness. Adjust the cooking time according to your preference.

Grilled Lamb Chops Marinade
