How To Prepare

  • When your order arrives on your doorstep, the King Crab and steak will both be frozen. Before cooking, thaw them in the refrigerator overnight (8-12 hours).

  • Since our king crab comes pre-cooked, it is as simple as thaw, heat, and eat. Once thawed, you can steam, grill, bake, or boil your king crab legs.

  • Tomahawks can be grilled, pan-seared, or broiled to perfection. Cook to an internal temperature of 140° F for medium rare – more or less depending on your desired doneness.

  • Note: Consuming raw or undercooked beef may increase your risk of foodborne illness.

You can use regular kitchen scissors to open the King Crab Legs, but you might have a slightly easier time with shears made specifically for crab legs.

How to grill a Tomahawk Steak?

Don’t overthink this one. There are a couple things to be mindful of when grilling a Tomahawk Steak, but it’s largely the same process as grilling a traditional ribeye. Make sure your grill is large enough to support the bone. Also, mind the internal temperature of your steak, as it might climb quicker than expected because of the bone’s insulation.
