  • Each order is packed with dry ice so that it stays completely frozen while en route to your doorstep.

How To Prepare

  • To thaw, remove the Smoked Coho Salmon from its original packaging, place it in a plastic bag, and thaw it in the refrigerator for 6-8 hours.

  • To expedite the thawing process, place the fish in a plastic bag and run it under cool water (never hot water).

  • Once thawed, you can enjoy the salmon immediately as it is pre-cooked during the smoking process. However, we recommend waiting until it has reached room temperature for the best taste and texture.
