Additional Details

  • The Pork Tenderloin is the most tender cut in the entire pig – hence the name. It's easy to prepare, and even easier to serve, making it a popular choice for weeknight and special occasion meals alike.

  • Sakura pork is a cross between Duroc and Berkshire breeds, which provides a deep red color and supreme marbling throughout the cut.

  • Sakura pork is humanely raised and bred to the highest standards without antibiotics, growth hormones, or animal byproducts used in feed.

  • Each order is packed with dry ice so that it stays completely frozen while en route to your doorstep.

How To Prepare

  • Thaw your pork tenderloin in the refrigerator overnight (8-12 hours) before cooking. To speed up the thawing process, place the vacuum-sealed tenderloin in a leak-proof plastic bag and submerge it in cold water.

  • Slow roast your pork tenderloin for butter-like tenderness, or sear it on the stovetop.

  • Cook to an internal temperature of 145° F for safe consumption.

  • Note: Consuming raw or undercooked pork may increase your risk of foodborne illness.
