  • Also known as Norway lobsters, Dublin Bay prawns, and scampi (in Italian), these decadent crustaceans have a sweet, delicate flavor.

  • Langoustines are rich in vitamin B12, and omega-3s, and provide a great source of protein.

  • Each order is packed with dry ice so that it stays completely frozen while en route to your doorstep.

How To Prepare

  • To thaw, remove the langoustines from their original packaging, place them in a plastic bag, and thaw in the refrigerator for 6-8 hours.

  • To expedite the thawing process, place the lobster tail in a plastic bag and run it under cool water (never hot water.)

  • Once thawed, simply boil the langoustines in salted water, remove the shell, and enjoy.
