Wild-caught Mahi Mahi is a light white fish with a very mild flavor. Perfect with blackened seasoning paired with veggies or used in fish tacos.

The average serving size of Mahi Mahi is one 6 oz fillet.
Each order is packed with dry ice so that it stays completely frozen while en route to your doorstep.

To thaw, remove the fillet from its original packaging, place it in a plastic bag, and thaw it in the refrigerator for 6-8 hours.
To expedite the thawing process, place the fish in a plastic bag and run it under cool water (never hot water).
Mahi Mahi can be cooked on the stovetop, baked, or grilled depending on your desired method. Aim for an internal temperature of 125° F for medium, and 145° for well done.
