Additional Details

  • Bring fine dining home! Roast and spread on toast, blend into savory bone marrow butter, or craft your own rich bone broth.

  • Each bone is served whole to preserve its rich, natural character.

  • Each order is packed with dry ice so that it stays completely frozen while en route to your doorstep.

How To Prepare

  • Thaw your marrow bones in the refrigerator overnight (8-12 hours) before cooking. To speed up the thawing process, place the bones in a leak-proof plastic bag and submerge them in cold water.

  • Once thawed, place the marrow bones upright on a backing sheet with tin foil and roast for 15 minutes at 450° F. After 15 minutes, scoop the marrow out and spread on toast topped with flaky salt.

  • For bone broth, combine water, your favorite veggies, garlic, and a few roasted marrow bones in a pot. Let the mixture simmer for around an hour, then strain the mixture to separate the solids. Enjoy!
