  • Our Lobster Meat contains meat from the claw and knuckle section of the lobster, providing substantial pieces of meat perfect for Lobster Rolls or Lobster Salad.

  • Canadian Lobster Meat provides a mild, sweet taste and a meaty bite.

  • Each order is packed with dry ice so that it stays completely frozen while en route to your doorstep.

How To Prepare

  • To thaw, remove the lobster meat from its original packaging, place it in a plastic bag, and thaw it in the refrigerator for 6-8 hours.

  • To expedite the thawing process, place the lobster meat in a plastic bag and run it under cool water (never hot water.) Learn more safe thawing tips here.

  • Because our lobster meat is pre-cooked, once it's thawed, you're good to go! Our favorite way to eat lobster meat is in a Lobster Roll or in Lobster Bisque.
