How To Prepare

  • To make bone broth, add what’s left of a Whole Chicken after a meal, salt, pepper, and Air-Chilled Chicken Feet to your favorite pressure cooker. Fill the rest with filtered water. Cook on high pressure for 2.5 hours, then carefully filter the broth from the solid ingredients.

  • Drink it hot, or store in the fridge for recipes including soup, rice, or even hot chocolate.

  • Note: consuming raw or undercooked poultry may increase your risk of foodborne illness.
