How To Prepare

  • Thaw your Pork Belly in the refrigerator overnight, or longer, until it is completely thawed. To speed up the thawing process, place the pork belly in a leak-proof plastic bag and submerge it in cold water.

  • Once thawed, the recipe options with pork belly go far and wide. If you're making bacon, you can simply slice to your desired thickness, and cook it like traditional bacon.
