How To Prepare

  • Remove vacuum-sealed seafood from its packaging and place in a separate plastic bag to thaw in the refrigerator overnight (8-12 hours). Thaw your meat in the refrigerator overnight (8-12 hours) before cooking.

  • Cook steaks to an internal temperature of 140° F for medium rare; more or less depending on your desired temperature. Cook pork and fish to a minimum internal temperature of 145° F and ground beef to a minimum of 160° F for safe enjoyment.

  • Note: Consuming raw or undercooked beef may increase your risk of foodborne illness.

How are these pork chops different from other types of pork chops?

  • Our Boneless Pork Chops are sourced from Sakura Pork Farms. Sakura hogs are raised humanely on family farms throughout the Midwest without antibiotics, growth hormones, or animal byproducts used in feed.  They are heritage-bred, meaning the hogs cross between Duroc and Berkshire breeds, providing a deep red color and supreme marbling throughout each cut. 
Is this salmon wild caught?
