  • Each order is packed with dry ice so that it stays completely frozen while en route to your doorstep.

How To Prepare

  • Thaw your bacon in the refrigerator overnight (8-12 hours) before cooking. To speed up the thawing process, place the vacuum-sealed bacon in a leak-proof plastic bag and submerge it in cold water.

  • Cook your bacon on the stovetop, in the oven, or wrap a piece around your Filet Mignon to take dinner up a notch.

  • Cook to an internal temperature of 145° F for safe consumption.

  • Note: Consuming raw or undercooked pork may increase your risk of foodborne illness.

How long can I keep my bacon in the freezer?
