Ingredients
- 2 boneless ribeye steaks
- 1 Tbsp olive oil
- Salt
- Pepper
Directions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F.
- Rub the steaks with olive oil and season with salt and pepper on all sides.
- Add the steaks to the air fryer basket and cook at 400°F for 9 minutes for medium rare, 12 minutes for medium.* Flip the steaks halfway through the cook time for an even doneness.
- Remove from the air fryer basket and wrap the steaks with foil. Rest for 5 minutes before serving.
Cook to 135°F for medium rare, 145°F for medium. Use a meat thermometer to measure doneness.
