  • Each order is packed with dry ice so that it stays completely frozen while en route to your doorstep.

How To Prepare

  • To thaw, remove the crawfish from the original packaging, place them in a plastic bag or on a covered tray, and thaw them in the refrigerator for 5-8 hours.

  • To expedite the thawing process, place the mussels in a plastic bag and run it under cool water (never hot water.)

  • Once thawed, heat the mussels using your desired method and until warmed.
