  • Our Crawfish are farm-raised and arrive pre-cooked, pre-seasoned, and flash-frozen.

  • Crawfish have a sweet flavor and meaty texture – think of it as a combination of shrimp and crab.

  • Each order is packed with dry ice so that it stays completely frozen while en route to your doorstep.

How To Prepare

  • To thaw, remove the crawfish from the original packaging, place them in a plastic bag, and thaw them in the refrigerator for 6-8 hours.

  • To expedite the thawing process, place the crawfish in a plastic bag and run it under cool water (never hot water.)

  • Once thawed, heat the crawfish using your desired method. (We prefer boiling or steaming.) Then, dig in and enjoy!

Crawfish and sweet and slightly salty and have a meaty texture. The meat to shell ratio of Crawfish is low so we recommend ~2.5lb of Crawfish per person.

How long can I keep my Crawfish in the freezer?

All of our products will stay good in the freezer for several months. However, for the best taste and texture, we recommend enjoying them within 2-3 months. Additionally, our Crawfish arrive with a best-by date on the packaging.
