  • Each order is packed with dry ice so that it stays completely frozen while en route to your doorstep.

How To Prepare

  • Thaw your porterhouse in the refrigerator overnight (8-12 hours) before cooking. To speed up the thawing process, place the vacuum-sealed porterhouse in a leak-proof plastic bag and submerge it in cold water.

  • Cooking a porter-house is fool-proof, making it a great option when hosting or cooking for a crowd. Simply season your porterhouse with salt and pepper, and throw it on the grill or the skillet until you reach an internal temperature of 145° F.

  • Cook to a minimum internal temperature of 145° F for safe consumption.

  • Note: Consuming raw or undercooked pork may increase your risk of foodborne illness.
