For delivery by Father's Day, our shipping cutoff is 3:00 pm ET on Thursday, June 12th. Your order will ship via UPS Next Day Air for delivery on Friday, June 13th.

For delivery by July 4th, our shipping cutoff is 3:00 pm ET on Wednesday, July 2nd. Your order will ship via UPS Next Day Air for delivery on Wednesday, July 3rd.

For delivery by Labor Day, our shipping cutoff is 3:00 pm ET on Thursday, August 28th. Your order will ship via UPS Next Day Air for delivery on Friday, August 29th.

Yes! You can place your order now and select your desired future delivery date at checkout.

All orders are shipped via UPS Next Day Air. We ship all orders placed before 3:00 EST the same day. Any order placed on Thursday after 3:00 EST will ship the following Monday.

You may track your order by using our customer support portal. To do so, you will be asked to provide the email address used when placing the order, as well as your order number. If you’re unable to locate these, our customer service team will be happy to assist you via live chat or email at info@markethouse.com.

All of our meat and seafood products are shipped from St. Louis Park, MN where our fulfillment facility is located.

We currently ship products almost anywhere within the United States. Due to the nature of our perishable products, we do not ship internationally.

Unless your order is flagged, we do not require signature upon delivery. If a signature is required for delivery, you will be notified before your order is fulfilled.

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns. If there is an issue with your order, please contact our customer service team via Live Chat or email at info@markethouse.com and provide images of the issue at hand.

In the event that your package is stolen once it’s been delivered, Market House. does not assume responsibility for the package. If Route Shipping Protection was purchased when the order was placed, you may be eligible for a reshipment or a refund with proper documentation. Otherwise, we are unfortunately unable to provide a reshipment or a refund.

Orders that do not make it on time for a party are not eligible for a refund, so please order early. We recommend leaving a few days of buffer for shipping carrier errors and thaw time. We ship all orders via UPS Next Day Air, with delivery services ending around 10:00 PM in some areas, so scheduling a same-day delivery is not advised. 

Once you’ve coordinated your gift recipient's desired delivery date, simply select that date at checkout, and we’ll take it from there. (You can also include a gift note at checkout!)

Nope! Pricing information is left off of our packing slips, so the price of your gift will not be included.

To redeem your reward points, you must be logged into your account. Once you’re logged in, you will be able to redeem your points at checkout.

With ShopPay Installments you can split your purchase into four bi-weekly, interest-free installment payments. There are no additional charges, interest rates, or late fees. There's no impact on your credit score when you apply, but loan and payment information may be shared with credit reporting agencies.

We ship orders Monday through Thursday overnight via UPS and fulfill same-day for orders placed before 3:00 pm ET. Orders placed after 3:00 pm ET on Thursdays are shipped the following Monday. We recommend ordering a day or two early to avoid any timing-related stress due to carrier delays. Additionally, during checkout, you can use our order schedule feature to choose your desired delivery date if you’re planning ahead.

To request a cancellation or modification to your order, please contact our customer service team via Live Chat or email (info@markethouse.com.) Keep in mind that we fulfill orders same-day if placed before 3 pm ET, Monday through Thursday. If your order has already been fulfilled, we are unable to cancel or modify it. Please note that our customer service representatives are online Sunday - Friday, 8 am - 4 pm ET. 

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns. If there is an issue with your order once you’ve received it, please contact us within 12 hours of delivery and we will access your order for a potential refund, or help you file a claim with Route – our shipping protection provider. In any and all cases, please contact us at info@markethouse.com with your first and last name, order number and pictures if applicable. 

Yes – all meat and seafood products we sell will ship with dry ice and arrive frozen.

We recommend thawing your Market House products in the refrigerator for 24 hours before cooking for the best possible quality, taste, and experience. If you’re in a hurry, remove your product from the original packaging, place it in a sealable plastic bag, and run it under cold water – never hot water – to speed up the process.

After cooking, meat should be consumed within 3-4 days for safe consumption.

After thawing, king crab and seafood should be cooked and enjoyed 1-2 days for safe consumption.

The average weight differs for L, XL and XXL Legs. Since each order is based on weight, the number of legs per pound will vary. We try our best to fill all orders with mostly legs and claws and limit the number of broken pieces. Large King Crab Legs: One leg can weigh between 1 ¼ - 2 ¼ lbs. Extra Large King Crab Legs: One leg can weigh between ¾ - 1 lbs. Extra, Extra Large King Crab Legs: One leg can weigh between ½ - ¾ lbs.

The USDA recommends the following minimum internal temperatures. Please note – consuming raw or undercooked beef may increase your risk of foodborne illness.
Beef: Minimum internal temperature of 145°F for medium-rare, 160°F for medium, 170° for well-done.
Poultry: Minimum internal temperature of 165°F.
Pork: Minimum internal temperature of 145°F.
Lamb: Minimum internal temperature of 145°F for medium rare, 160°F for medium, or 170°F for well-done.
