What advantages do I have creating an account?

Creating an account is personal preference. By creating an account with Market House you are able to access password-protected information about your order history as well as current order status. Your details, such as address information, will be pre-filled from the stored information during checkout. Create your account here.

What is the timing of your billing and what will show up on my credit card statement?

Your card will be processed at the time your order is placed and the charge will show on your statement as "Markethouse.com."

What are your payment options?

We accept ShopPay, Paypal, Apple Pay, Amazon Pay, and all major credit cards.

How long before my event should I place an order?

We ship orders Monday through Thursday overnight via UPS and fulfill same-day for orders placed before 3:00 pm ET. Orders placed after 3:00 pm ET on Thursdays are shipped the following Monday. We recommend ordering a day or two early to avoid any timing-related stress due to carrier delays. Additionally, during checkout, you can use our order schedule feature to choose your desired delivery date if you’re planning ahead.

Can I cancel or modify my order?

To request a cancellation or modification to your order, please contact our customer service team via Live Chat or email (info@markethouse.com.) Keep in mind that we fulfill orders same-day if placed before 3 pm ET, Monday through Thursday. If your order has already been fulfilled, we are unable to cancel or modify it. Please note that our customer service representatives are online Sunday - Friday, 8 am - 4 pm ET. 

What is your refund policy?

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns. If there is an issue with your order once you’ve received it, please contact us within 12 hours of delivery and we will access your order for a potential refund, or help you file a claim with Route – our shipping protection provider. In any and all cases, please contact us at info@markethouse.com with your first and last name, order number and pictures if applicable. 

Will an invoice showing prices be included in the box?

No, all invoices with pricing are sent via email only. Inside the box you will receive a packing slip with your order number and item lists.

When does my gift card expire?

Market House gift cards never expire.

How long do my rewards points last?

Rewards points do not expire. Once you redeem them the amount will be deducted from your account, but there is no use-by date.
