  • With Sakura pork you'll find your traditional baby back ribs, but with mouthwatering fall-off-the-bone flavor. Each pack comes with two racks each.

  • Sakura pork is a cross between Duroc and Berkshire breeds, which provides a deep red color and supreme marbling throughout the cut.

  • Sakura pork is humanely raised and bred to the highest standards without antibiotics, growth hormones, or animal byproducts used in feed.

  • Each order is packed with dry ice so that it stays completely frozen while en route to your doorstep.

How To Prepare

  • Thaw your baby back ribs in the refrigerator overnight (8-12 hours) before cooking. To speed up the thawing process, place the vacuum-sealed ribs in a leak-proof plastic bag and submerge it in cold water.

  • Baby back ribs can be braised, grilled, roasted, or slow-cooked. This two-step recipe is as easy as it is delicious!

  • Cook to a minimum internal temperature of 145° F for safe consumption.

  • Note: Consuming raw or undercooked pork may increase your risk of foodborne illness.
