How To Prepare

  • Thaw your short ribs in the refrigerator overnight (8-12 hours) before cooking. To speed up the thawing process, place the vacuum-sealed short ribs in a leak-proof plastic bag and submerge it in cold water.

  • Short ribs can be braised, grilled, roasted, or slow-cooked. This one-pot recipe is as easy as it is delicious!

  • Cook to an internal temperature of 145° F for safe consumption.

  • Note: Consuming raw or undercooked pork may increase your risk of foodborne illness.
