FAQs

FAQs

How many lamb chops can I cut from one frenched rack of lamb?
+
-

Each rack of lamb contains eight bones for eight lamb chops. Each chop will be between three and four ounces of bone-in weight, so we recommend four chops per person. One rack will feed two people.

Where does Market House source its lamb from?
+
-

Market House lamb is sourced from Anderson Ranches who raises Anderson Ranches 100% grass-fed and pasture-raised lamb without antibiotics or added hormones. They partner with generational ranchers who raise their lamb the way nature intended – on open pastures and fields, eating forbs, herbs, and grasses.

How long can I keep my lamb in the freezer?
+
-

All of our products will stay good in the freezer for several months. However, for the best taste and texture, we recommend enjoying them within 2-3 months.
